One Raffles Quay
Challenge
To create the remarkable facade on the Raffles Quay Complex.
Solution
The architect specified a CS custom continuous line storm resistant louver. On all elevations, the louvers are designed to stop rain while providing optimum airflow for the building. These storm resistant louvers also provide a sight-proof screen for the HVAC system. In addition to the performance of these louvers the architect wanted to create a unique aesthetic effect. To achieve the desired result CS developed the sill extension to create a textured fenestration.
